DINING ROOM

The Residence has a spacious and bright dining room with breakfast and dinner service at established times. In addition, this dining room is available for residents 24 hours a day (except cleaning hours). At the dinning you can find a filtered drinking fountain, dishes, glasses and cutlery, as well as small appliances such as microwaves, kettle, toaster, etc., available for use.

STUDY ROOM

The Factory Residence Hall has a spacious and bright study and co-working room available for our residents 24 hours a day. This room has both natural and artificial light and is equipped with large working tables, comfortable chairs and internet connection both by WIFI and cable.

CINEMA ROOM

The Residence has a spacious cinema room designed to enjoy leisure time, entertain and rest. This room has a large sofa and various tables and chairs for watching TV or having a drink in company. This room has an audiovisual equipment composed of a projector that creates a great image and a magnificent sound system. There are a lot of channels available so that residents can enjoy a wide variety of options (movies, series, sports, nature, etc.). Students can also use this equipment to make or practice their own class presentations. This room also has several vending machines with coffee, drinks and snacks.

GAMES ROOM

The Residence has a games room where residents can enjoy leisure. This room has table football, billiards, darts and table tennis, as well as cards and various board games available to residents 24 hours a day.

TV ROOM

The Factory Residence Hall also has a monitor room with independent areas with couches and monitors where residents can meet in smaller groups to watch TV or connect electronic equipment such as computers or video game consoles to play and enjoy leisure time with their friends.

MULTIPURPOSE ROOM

In the residence there is also a large and practical multi-use room, which has a sound system, a screen and a wall of mirrors. This room can be used for various activities such as sports training, dancing, yoga sessions, collective classes or other recreational activities.

LAUNDRY

In The Factory Residence Hall we have a spacious and functional laundry room, which has several washers and dryers (which work with coins or credit card), irons and ironing boards, sinks where you can hand wash delicate clothes, and clothes racks available to residents so that they can do their laundry whenever they may need.

LUGGAGE ROOM

The Residence has a luggage room where we can store our residents’ baggage and carry-ons throughout their stay, so they do not take up space inside the rooms. It can also be used to store their belongings during the summer period, if they wish so (at an additional cost under certain circumstances).

PARKING

The Factory Residence Hall also has parking spaces in basements 1 and 2 of the building where residents can rent a place, either for the full course or for short seasons, at an additional cost. In addition, we offer free parking for bicycles.

GAME ZONE

There are several board games and others at the Residence so that our residents can enjoy together during their leisure time.
