24 hour reception
We have 24-hours reception service 7 days a week. At the Residence’s reception there will always be staff willing to help you and ensure your safety.
Internet cable service in all rooms and WIFI throughout all the Residence.
Individual lock in each room
All rooms have individual lock with coded key card valid for both the main entrance and the room.
Bed linen and towels
The Residence provides bed linen (sheets, duvet, nordic cover and cushions) and bath towels (shower and sink), as well as a bath mat. Once a week, as scheduled, the bed sheets, towels and mat will be changed.
The Residence has staff in charge of cleaning the rooms and common areas daily from Monday to Friday.
Room Temperature Control
Central underfloor heating and cooling with individually adjustable temperature, both in the rooms and in the common areas.
The Residence provides the students with telephones on each floor and common areas, with free calls to reception and national landlines.
The Residence has a fire alarm system and permanent video surveillance at the main entrance and common areas.
Maintenance service provided by the Residence's own staff or by hiring external specialists when required.
The Residence has different vending machines with coffee, sodas, juices and water, as well as various snacks so the students can have these products available 24 hours a day.
Pick-up of package and mail
Our staff in reception will take care of picking up your mail and packages as long as you clearly indicate your full name and room number when ordering.
Information about activities at the city
Follow our social media (Facebook and Instagram) and we will inform you of all the leisure, cultural and sports activities taking place in Segovia. Do not forget to follow us!
Monthly payment includes breakfast, which is buffet style and it is served from Monday to Saturday, as well as dinner, which is prepared daily in the Residence’s kitchen and served from Monday to Friday. During meals residents will be able to choose from two or more menus, with options for people with allergies, intolerances and special dietary requirements. It is possible to reserve your dinner by requesting it at reception for those who have activities incompatible with our dinner schedule. Special breakfasts and dinners with different topics will be offered throughout the course. As an example of the healthy, varied and balanced menus offered for dinner you can check a weekly menu
Additional services not included in the price of the stay
Possibility of having a 30 liters mini fridge in the room at an additional cost.
Possibility of having a safe box with electronic closure and personal code, big enough to store a laptop, at an additional cost.
Possibility of having a 24 inch TV room, with access to all DTT channels, at an additional cost
Possibility of having an extra bed in some types of rooms for short stays of family or friends previously authorized (as long as there is enough space in the room). In order to provide this service, it is necessary to book it in advance and pay the additional cost per night, for maximum periods of 10 nights.
If you have a brother or sister who has lived in our Residence before we will include one of these three services (mini fridge, TV or safe) completely free for the whole course. In addition, if you pay for the full course in advance we will include the safe and the mini fridge free for the whole stay too.
It is possible to print at reception the documents you may need at an additional cost.
Possibility to book through the Residence external services such as personal laundry, airport pick-up service, gym, taxi, etc.
