During the summer months, June, July and August, The Factory Residence Hall offers the possibility of short stays, during days, weeks or even months for tourists, students, or professionals, offering an economical and quality accommodation.

Accommodation

The Factory Residence Hall offers accommodation in single, double, triple, quadruple and family rooms, with different sizes according to the guest’s needs. All the rooms have private bathroom and bedding, towels and daily cleaning service are provided.

Placed in a privileged location, it permits an easy access to the historic city centre and enjoyable walks along the Eresma River. The Aqueduct is just around five minutes walking distance from the Residence, which facilitates visiting the city centre and enjoy our excellent gastronomy in the city restaurants without the need of using car or bus (although there is a bus stop in front of the Residence if needed).

Groups

The Factory Residence Hall is the perfect accommodation for groups during courses, congresses and conventions in Segovia. We offer a large number of single rooms, as well as double rooms, with private bathroom, and a broad range of services to satisfy the particular needs of each group.

Besides, there is a room at The Factory Residence Hall with a capacity for around 50 people, with both, cable and WIFI, internet connection in which it is possible to celebrate meetings, courses or presentations.
