The Factory Residence Hall is an international student residence that opened nearly a decade ago with the aim of providing the best housing service and helping our students in their first steps as independent adults. Since then, more than 700 university students from virtually every nationality in the world have stayed with us.

Our rates include full board from Monday to Friday, significantly reducing your extra expenses on food and eliminating the daily worry of maintaining a proper diet. The Factory Residence Hall is strategically located in a quiet street of the San Lorenzo neighborhood in Segovia, just 7 minutes walking from IE University and the city center and about 15 - 20 minutes from the Maria Zambrano campus of the University of Valladolid. In its surroundings you can find all kinds of services such as health centers, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops, banks, cafeterias and restaurants.

In addition, next to the Residence flows the Eresma River providing a magnificent environment for the enjoyment of nature with the walks that run along the sides of the river, bordering the city, which are perfect for outdoor sports and relax.
