The first payment of the deposit must be made when making the booking. This payment will be kept as a deposit during the entire stay and will be refunded at the end of the stay if you have met the conditions of the booking contract and if there are no pending payments, nor any damages in the room. It is important to keep in mind that by applying and accepting a place in our Residence you are committed to remain in the Residence for the entire period booked at the contract. The abandonment of the residence either voluntary or due to expulsion will not exonerate you from the commitment to pay for the whole contracted period as well as the loss of the deposit paid.

If you cancel your booking before May 31st, the deposit paid will be refunded discounting 200€ for administration fees. If the cancellation occurs after May 31st, the deposit paid when making the booking will NOT be returned.

Once your booking is made, in August you must confirm the booking at the Residence by paying the first monthly fee corresponding to September as a definitive registration at the Residence.

For the rest of the monthly fees we offer you flexible payment options. You can make the payment for the full course all at once at the beginning of the year, in which case we will include the mini fridge and the safe completely free of charge for the whole academic year or we will make a 5% discount in the total amount if your room already include these services. If you prefer making the oayment for shorter periods, you can make the payment quarterly, bi-monthly or monthly (monthly payments can only be made by automatic direct debit or credit card). These payments can be made in cash, credit card, bank transfer or direct debit, this last one is only possible from a Spanish bank account. Monthly payments must be done within the first 5 days of each month or period.

El primer pago se deberá realizar al hacer la RESERVA, y consiste en el pago de una mensualidad que se guardará a modo de fianza durante toda la estancia y se devolverá al finalizar la estancia si ha cumplido las condiciones del contrato de reserva y si no ha habido ningún problema con los pagos, ni desperfectos en la habitación, en cuyo caso se descontará el importe correspondiente y se devolvería el resto si corresponde.  Es importante que tengan en cuenta que al solicitar y aceptar una plaza en nuestra Residencia adquiere el compromiso de permanecer en la Residencia durante todo el periodo contratado. El abandono de la Residencia motivado por causas voluntarias o expulsión no exonerará del compromiso de realizar los pagos correspondientes al periodo contratado y la pérdida de la fianza.

Si cancela su reserva antes del 31 de mayo, se devolvería el importe del depósito abonado descontando 200 € por gastos de gestión. Si la cancelación se realiza a partir del 31 de mayo, no se devolverá el depósito abonado.

Una vez realizada su reserva, en el mes de agosto deberá confirmar la reserva en la Residencia mediante el abono de la primera mensualidad correspondiente a septiembre a modo de MATRÍCULA definitiva.

Para el resto de las MENSUALIDADES ofrecemos opciones flexibles de pago. Si realiza el pago del curso completo (mensualidades de septiembre a mayo) en un único pago al inicio del curso les incluiremos el mini frigorífico y la caja fuerte de forma totalmente gratuita para todo el curso o les realizaremos un descuento del 5% si su habitación ya cuenta con estos servicios. Si prefiere realizar el pago por periodos más cortos, podrá hacerlo de forma cuatrimestral, bimestral o mensual (el pago solo podrá ser mensual si se realiza mediante domiciliación bancaria o con tarjeta con cargo automático desde la Residencia). Estos pagos pueden realizarse en efectivo, mediante tarjeta de crédito, transferencia bancaria o por domiciliación bancaria desde un banco español. El pago de las mensualidades deberá realizarse durante los primeros 5 días de cada mes o periodo.
