Rooms and prices
The Factory Residence Hall has different types of rooms, to suit the needs of our residents, most of them are single with private bathroom inside the room.
The different types of rooms, their basic features and prices, for full course stays (from August 25th to May 31st) for the next course 2023/24 are as follows (these prices include 10% VAT, any change in VAT will affect the final price of the room) The reservation period for the next academic year 2023/24 will open on January 15th 2023:

Single Eco
Single Eco (≥9.5m2)
Single fully furnished interior room with private bathroom. It is the smallest room in the Residence and the least bright because the window overlooks an interior courtyard. It includes a 105 x 200 cm bed.

Single (≥12 m2)
Single fully furnished exterior room with private bathroom. They are all exterior and bright. It includes a 105 x 200 cm bed.

Comfort
Comfort (≥12 m2)
Exterior and brigth fully furnished room with private bathroom. It includes a 105 x 200 cm bed, as well as, a comfortable armchair, a mini fridge and a safe, to make your day-to-day more comfortable.

Deluxe
Deluxe (≥15 m2)
Exterior and brigth fully furnished room with private bathroom. It includes a 135 x 200 cm double bed, a mini fridge and a safe.

Deluxe Comfort
Deluxe Comfort (≥17 m2)
Spacious fully furnished exterior room with private bathroom. It includes a 135 x 200 cm double bed, a cozy sofa (single or double), a mini fridge and a safe to make your day-to-day more comfortable.

Premium
Premium (≥20m2)
Spacious fully furnished exterior room with private bathroom. It includes a 135 x 200 cm double bed, a cozy sofa (single or double), a mini fridge, a safe, a TV and additional storage space so you won't want for anything.
1.350 € MONTH / PERSON
Suite Premium
Suite Premium (≥25m2)
Very spacious exterior and brigth room with all the comforts. It has a private bathroom and it is fully furnished with a 135 x 200 cm double bed, a comfortable double sofa, a mini fridge, a safe, a TV and extra storage space.
Not all rooms of the same type are exactly the same, they have small differences depending on the location within the building and other factors. Rooms will always be allocated in booking order.
All rooms have natural light and are equipped with:
- Bed (105x200 cm or 135x200 cm) with folding canapé, mattress, pillow and cushion
- Bed clothing (sheets and nordic duvet)
- Bedside table
- Closet or closets with drawers and two hanging bars (3/4 hangers are provided)
- Desk with drawers, chair, shelves, lamp and paper bin.
- Full length mirror
- Bathroom has sink, shower, toilet, mirror and side furniture
- Hand and shower towels as well as bathmat
- Blinds
- Internet connection both with wifi and cable
- Underfloor heating (heating and cooling).
Monthly payment includes:
- Accommodation in the room type chosen
- All supplies (heating, electricity and water)
- Internet connection by wifi and cable
- Daily room cleaning (Monday to Friday)
- Weekly change of the bed sheets and towels provided by the Residence
- Breakfast buffet from Monday to Saturday
- Dinner prepared daily in the residence’s kitchen from Monday to Friday
- Access to all facilities of the Residence - All residence’s services (24-hour reception, maintenance, security systems, etc.)
